Before and After Your Treatment
Pre – Treatment
- Keep the treatment area clean and free of makeup before your appointment.
- Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning before treatment.
- Inform your provider about any medications, active skin conditions, or recent aesthetic treatments.
- Your provider will evaluate your skin and determine the appropriate treatment settings.
- A topical numbing cream may be applied before treatment for added comfort.
Post – Treatment
- Mild redness, warmth, or swelling may occur temporarily after treatment.
- Keep the treated area clean and follow your provider’s recommended skincare routine.
- Avoid excessive heat, strenuous exercise, and direct sun exposure immediately after treatment.
- Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen and protect the treated area from sun exposure.
- Avoid picking, rubbing, or exfoliating the skin while it is recovering.
- Follow all personalized aftercare instructions provided by your treatment provider.

Precise thermal coagulation is created by using evenly-leveled electrodes to penetrate precise depths.
Sylfirm X’s innovation of the RP (repeated ultra-short pulse) micro-needling technology makes it such that Sylfirm X reacts to ONLY abnormal blood vessels and tissue to selectively treat increased pigmentation and vascular lesions—it is the only RF micro-needling device approved to safely treat neovascularity including hard-to-treat conditions like Rosacea and Melasma.
Energy is released into the device at 2MHz, through the 300 micron needle tips which are able to target precise depth, compared to other conventional micro-needling RF. According to the treatment indication, Sylfirm X can penetrate the skin between 0.3mm to 4mm. With each penetration, the 300 micron needles remain in the skin for the optimal time required to bring about an effect before any thermal damage can occur.
The emitted 2MHz strengthens and improves skin health by repairing damaged skin cells, blood vessels, and remodels skin collagen through the increase in the production of collagen and elastin.
The combination of PW waves and NA effect ensures the selective coagulation using bi-polar non-insulated needles for the treatment of damaged skin cells while maintaining overall skin health.
