WHAT TO KNOW
Before and After Your Treatment
Pre - Treatment
- Keep the treatment area clean and dry before your appointment.
- Do not apply lotions, oils, or other skincare products to the treatment area on the day of treatment.
- Stay well hydrated before treatment to support your body’s natural metabolic processes.
- If there is excessive hair in the treatment area, shaving beforehand is recommended.
- Please inform your provider if you are pregnant, have implanted electronic devices, significant medical conditions, or other health concerns.
Post - Treatment
There’s no required downtime.
- You may resume normal daily activities immediately after treatment.
- Continue to stay well hydrated following treatment.
- Avoid excessive sun exposure and high-heat environments (such as saunas, hot yoga, and steam rooms) for 3 days.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for the first 24 hours after treatment.
- Treatments are generally recommended every 4 weeks for the same treatment area.
